Tail, brake, reverse & license plate lights not working but turn signal and hazard work

I'm stuck on what to check now, bulbs
are good, getting power to the bulbs,
checked wiring seems ok, just dont
know what's next to check

Try grounding a tail light and step on the brake to see if it lights up. It sounds like a bad ground circuit.
