Would a leveling kit then a 3 inch body lift and wheel spacers of about 2 or 3 inches and 31 inch Trail Graps look good on a 1991 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 that has a single cab and a long bed??

What's a free flow exhaust system? Straight pipe? I have dual flow masters but I'm fixing to take the muffler out and replace it with a piece of pipe, will I lose mileage and power? Cause I was told I would if I did that.
