1994 Chevy truck won’t start and won’t stop cranking over

I just replaced fuel pump and lines has fuel
in tank wires all good grounds good but
wont fire two I was trying to get it to get it
running and the thing wouldn’t stop rolling
over so I took of the battery cables I don’t
know what to do
