TRUCK SHAKES WHEN TURNING. ALSO HARD TO TURN STEERING WHEEL

JUST STARTED LAST WEEK WHILE BACKING INTO SPOT.  WHILE TURNING STEERING
WHEEL ITS TIGHT AND WHEELS SHAKE CRAZY. POWERSTEERING FLUID IS FULL.  
WHATS GOING ON?

It may be rubbing on the finderwell of the k 1500 but if its not then it needs power steering fluid because it is probably bone dry

i just had the same problem at 189,000 miles, had to replace both front cv shafts
