Rear end swap

Asked by Guru89FCG Dec 23, 2019 at 01:52 PM about the 1997 Chevrolet C/K 1500 Silverado Extended Cab 4WD

Question type: Car Customization

Has anyone done a complete rear end swap from a
2000 to a 1997 z71? I'm doing it for the disc
brakes. I already have a 1999 master cylinder on
the truck. I'm curious whether it will bolt right in
and the shock mounts will work.

There may be an after market conversion kit , the proportioning valve will most likely have to be replaced (upgraded)
