Ok I just got this truck about 3 mounts ago it
started to have a little stall when I would
accelerated on take off and again around 70 mph.
So I found out that it has a p300 code random
misfire had to go check it cause the check engine
light does not work. It also had very low
temperature on gage so I changed thermostat it
only made it go up 2 marked on gage so it at 150
or so no hot heat either now the RPM goes up by
itself and seems like no matter how fast I'm going
it's going to be at 2000 RPM. I also have a blinker
problem when my lights are on the right side
doesn't blink but works fine with the lights off
please help me out

Also I need to add that the cats are cut off but still has muffler on it

It's usually best to go with how the vehicle was designed , sounds like someone has cobbed and jerk balled some of the wiring . Lack of cats and O2 sensors may be a problem , look for good motor to chassis ground . Take a look at the injectors or try some gas treatment , maybe shoot some carb cleaner down the throttle .

The person who had it before me said that he had the spider injection changed . But new news about it yesterday I stopped to get gas and truck wouldn't start checked relay and it was good. So I had starter checked guy said that it didn't sound right so got another. Put it on works but I disconnected the battery and it did a reset and now it ideals from 1000 to 1500 rpm in park and when driving it wants to stay at 2000 so figured I'd check it and change roto and Cap also heard that they are known for distributor going bad pulled to check haven't gotten it back in yet the damn oil pump shaft is something else
