TBI has one injector with low voltage

Asked by Matt May 11, 2023 at 07:48 AM about the 1995 Chevrolet C/K 3500 Cheyenne LB RWD

1995 Chevy C3500
96-00 vortec engine
New distributor, coil and tuned chip
Refurbished TBI.

I have only 1 injector squirting. With engine off and key on I
am only reading 7v from the non-working injector plug.
What would be the steps to diagnose the issue? Thank you.

10-4. I'll check that and double check the grounds throught the truck too.

Trace back that injector power wire, it should be battery voltage. Might be a bad ignition switch or corroded wiring. The injector power is not computer controlled, the injector driver is negative from the ECM.
