1993 k2500 extended cab 4x4 4l60e shifting problems

Hello i have a 93 k1500 had the transmission fully
rebuilt for the reason that wen i put it in drive its on
3rd gear not first for some reason it doesnt down
shift unless i manually down shift any know what
might be the problem i thought it was the
transmission turns out its still doing the same
thing. thank you

My 2006/Mitsubishi lancer sometimes when am driving it just begin to show me the neutral light then the pressure cut and when I press on the gas pedal the car stay still not moving. What could have cause that
