I have a 92 rs 25th anniversary 5spd 3.1 v6 3rd gen
Camaro all original and wanna put 350 in will trans hold?

Don't bother. There's a laundry list of things that will need to be changed to do this. Everything from the throttle cable to the subframe and yes the transmission will have to be changed too! It will be much more cost effective to use the money to buy a V8 car! Sorry! Jim
