94 Buick park avenue ultra no crank no start got battery and starter test both passed where is starter relay located on this car and can it be something else

Did you test for voltage drop on battery cables

R u saying my battery cables r bad it just did this out of no where not getting power to starter when I turn the key I don't have equipment to check for voltage drop I just put fully charged battery in car still not cranking

Do u know where starter relay is located on my Buick looked in fuse box under dash on passenger side of car nothing saying starter relay can u please help

You can do this with a voltmeter

Do u know how I can check my fly wheel to see if engine is locked

Starter relay generally in box in engine compartment. Put a breaker bar and socket on crank and turn a revolution

OK thank for help hearing I clicking sound that isn't the starter sounds like relay clicking I have no diagram that tells me what my relays r under hood will try and find one

Yes, when I looked up your year and model, this came up. I know the ssei bonneville had your engine and trans. Supercharged.

im having the same issue on my 1994 pontiac bonneville ssei new battery and starter installed new ignition lock cylinder keys with correct resisor ohm levers and just now replaced the starter enabe relay and all it does is click as im turning the key does not crank at just clicking from the new starter relay i installed...can anyone help me out?
