My 2003 Buick LeSabre is running 210
degrees and the fan is not kicking on is

Yes you need to check your fans. Disconnect the fan at the pigtail and get 2 wires with clips in each end and hook it to the fan and put one end on battery positive and one on battery negative. Fan should immediately run if it does not, you need new fan motor. No worry about which wire on what terminal, DC motor will run either way. Also check fuses and relays associated with fans and cooling system. 210 might be the correct temp for your Buick but it may be top end before fan comes on and thermostat opens. Google this info. All makes are different on operating temperature. Has temperature guage gone high or overheated?

My 2000 Buick LeSabre thermostat opens at 195 degrees. the fans come on at 224. Readout and gauge indicate normal. temp comes down to about 210 with fans running.
