Most times those are torx bits. just purchase a set, not that all expensive.

It's a torx with a dimple in the middle isn't it ? Problem may not be the MAF sensor , I think if you unplug that sensor and it stalls then the maf is good , they're also sensitive to cleaners a certain kind is needed .

Those are tamper proof torx screws designed to keep people from removing them. If the MAF sensor is bad, replace it. Hope that helps! Jim
