1998 Buick LeSabre leaking coolant within 2 days and heater works off and on

I have a 98 Buick LeSabre that has been fine now
all the sudden I've had to replace coolant every
other day.  I can smell the coolant when car is
running. The heater also quits blowing heat when
the coolant reservior is empty.  Any ideas where to
start.
