2002 T&C won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

power to radio, windows, but no dashboard lights.  Engine will turn over, but will not get a
fire to start up.  Fuses are good, battery is ok.

Start with simplest tests. listen for fuel pump when someone cycles key. check fuel pump relay, when engine is turned over you should hear it clicking or put your finger on it and feel it. do you have spark?
