Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I drove right front wheel into a ditch, tilting the 2013 T&C left rear high.
There was  only 2 gal gas in tanks.   Engine wouldn't crank. It started normally  after being leveled.  Is angle of the vehicle & low fuel  the cause?.  Or do I have another gremlin to find?

Engine would not crank, and of course would not start. Upon turning key to "Start" position a clicking sound was heard, but no cranking. Upon van being pulled from ditch, it started normally.

It doesn't make sense that it wouldn't crank because of low fuel. I suppose that there could be something that switched off because of the weird angle. Clicking usually goes with a dead battery, but it sounds like that isn't the case either. Wouldn't worry to much unless it happens again under normal type conditions.
