1992 s10 cranks for 10 seconds before starting.it's tbi not fuel injected

Why would my S10 take 8 to 10 seconds of
cranking over before it puts fuel in I've replace the
fuel pump of check the pressure I replace the
spark plugs cap rotor I'm at a loss any idea is

Not calling or texting. So what was the fuel pressure? And it may be that you have a weak spark. May want to get the coil and the ignition control module checked. The spark should be white,blueish in color not an orange color.
