07 Honda Odyssey A/C

I have a odyssey that the ac compressor went out on. Replaced the receiver dryer filter
expansion valve compressor. Added 2 oz pag oil and pulled. Vacuum for 1 hr. Charged
the system to 26.5 oz. the ac cools just fine. The problem is that with auto climate control
if the air is turned on low I get 40 degree temps. If I set it to 60 I still get 40 degree temps
if I set it to 70 I still get the same. Only when I change it to hi does the temp change. It
then goes from 40 degrees to 140 degrees at this point I am lost cause it is working. It
gets cold and hot just nothing in between. I think it might be the evaporator temperature
sensor and/or the cabin temperature sensor. Does anybody have any insight on this
matter?
