Rear A/C problem Honda Odyssey 2000

I have a 2000 Honda Odyssey that has a rear A/C that is not blowing any air, while the front A/C is working fine.  What type of problem could this be?

Check that the rear compartment controls are not over-riding the dash panel controls???
