What could the problem be?

I have a 1994 Chevy suburban 2500 with a 454 tbi it
has a new starter alternator and battery all of my
connections are good it turns over for about 2
seconds the goes dead what could the problem
be?

That’s brand new and I can hear the pump turn on in the tank. Some one told me maybe cap and rotor?
