1999 Chevy Suburban 1500. Replaced the starter, new battery....still won't start? what could be the problem?

New starter, new battery still...  won't start. Hot wired the starter to see if it was bad and it
runs perfect OUTSIDE of the car, once installed, it won't run. HELP!!!!

The "fuel pressure sensor" is a likely cause. It's only a $20 part and it's fairly simple to install. The pressure has to be about 55 psi in order to start the Suburban, and once it's running, the pressure only has to be 40 psi or so (I'm generalizing).
