Head gasket issue by leaking coolant into the combustion chamber and into the exhaust. Book Knowledge Source: Amazon Search; Jesus Roberto Auto.

There is no mixing with oil as well with the vehicle turned off it still pours straight through so I presume it would have to be lower on the engine, manifold?, would it not require some pressure if it was the head gasket, cracked block perhaps

Head gaskets that are blown don't always put coolant into the oil. Coolant coming out of the exhaust is not good.
