why does rearend kick out and rock car side to side?

The car rocks from side to side when being driven.  When accellerating it kicks out to the side and when deaccellerating the car jumps back to the original position. It happens at all speeds doesnt matter what the speed is.

wandering can be caused by many different things, awd/4wd? things to check, all tires inflated properly loss of air on one side can pull, most common suspension related, such as a control arm broken, is it single axle or independent? what year?? and model, to help further help you,
