there are many places to get a loan even with poor credit, however, you will be paying extremely high interest. depending on your situation, they may even require you to make payments weekly and in person. If you have 3 grand, I would suggest purchasing a $3000 car and stay out of that kind of debt. also, it might be wise to purchase something besides a used luxury car. they can be ridiculously expensive to maintain. try for a Honda or Toyota or a more common car. it will be much cheaper in both the short and long run.
