The Brake assist and traction control light is on, and brake is to the floor and does not work well. What could be the problem?

I have the same issue, but the lights come and go. I have good brakes, transmission seems to be functioning well, etc... Only issues being that the brake assis and traction control lights are coming on...

All fluids are good. Interestingly, before this began to occur, there is a whirring should, that resembles when we used to have non-resister plugs and you had the radio turned on...

The clamp was made in china so it rusted out the break line and caused a leak. It has a 50k mile warranty so I got it done fast and only had to pay for the tax which was 20.00. Normally would be a 500 or so fix.
