Will a 1994 Camero 3.4 V6 5 speed transmission fit a 5.7 liter motor?

I have a 1994 Camero and I want to put a 5.7 in it? Is this possible?

no it will not . different bolt pattern and interanls would not last if it did. You can use any v8 t5 or use a t56 from 93- on up and use the bell housing for a LT1
