Why won't my car start?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I go to turn the ignition to start it, my lights are all up like they should be, but when I try to start it, it won't even turn over. There's a new starter, I checked the actuator in the ignition, and checked the fuses. I'm not sure where to look next.
