My car won't start please help me

I have a 08 charger and I did a subwoofer install on it and everything worked
jus fine went home to for a while left to go to the store and it started up jus
fine came back out from the store car wouldn't start on top of that I have no
radio or gauges and no horn I tried replacing the starter relays but it still won't
cut on what's wrong with my car can someone help please

Yes got the battery checked and my battery is good battery read around 12 volts

it should be at least 12 - 12.5 , draining a batt. can be the end for an old one , if it has caps see if the electrolite is covering the cells
I might have to get a new battery and see if this works the battery might be old
The battery is good so I'm guessing it's the alternator

for newer cars a memory holder may be needed when disconnecting the batt. a bad alt. will generally light a dash icon up
