Time for a water pump and a real good cooling system flush.
Well, the "weep hole" is doing its job. When the water pump cannot contain coolant, this is what happens. You're beyond the time when you needed to replace the pump, and I'm surprised you didn't mention the temperature gauge or light going crazy. You've been risking damaging the engine.
The water pump is driven by the timing chain and it will leak from the drivers side of the engine near the alternator
My car is leaking out of weep whole is this water pump? Or could it be anything else I replaced thermostat still just pouring water out
