why doesnt my 07 chevy hhr right rear turn signal/tail light work?

when i pull out the bulb it is fine. while check the bulb i have someone press
on the brake and turn on right turn signal. if i wiggle the bulb it works then
when i put it back in the housing it stops working. i can tell when im drivin when
it is working cause the blinker ticks normal. when its not working it ticks really
fast. please help!

that is the bulb thats in there. back to square one.
