What could be wrong

Just bought from used car dealer and took it back da 3rd
day cause they where closed but oil good,  running great
but gauge drops as im driving sometines, an some when im
stopping,  tbey Changed tbe sensor gauge still drops he
order da lil filter looking piece but i wanna kno is it good to
keep da truck an drive it or return it.. Cause i havent had
truck 5 days yet the dealer say motor and transmittion is
great an they also hook it to some machine that show its
getn oil pressure

I have had that issue before. It's most likely your oil pump screen tube O ring. It's an O ring that sells for couple of dollars. You need to drop your oil pan cover and access the screen tube which is held by a couple of bolts and change the o ring. If you are good around the car it shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours.
