My 07 f150 seems to lose power while driving

I have replaced the battery and alternator and the
problem still persists. While driving the vehicle the
lights dimmed, the trucks heater fan into the cab
slowed and the truck started running rough and
back fired a little while the engine light blinked for
a little while and then went back off as the truck
finally smoothed back out ,lights brighten and heat
started running at speed again. I had the system
checked and battery was is rated for 850cca and
was at 857cca. The starter came back as having
low cranking amps but the charging system came
back as no problems. I'm confused and don't know
what's going on, any clues?

Seems like something isn't grounded properly, maybe near the starter toward the block. Check your ground connections and the ground wire running to your battery. If all those are good, it may be a faulty electrical somewhere triggering the truck to act up. Doesn't sound like any overheating problems but definetly pull over and check if the truck is running hotter than usual.
