Is it my transmission or a sensor?

My truck will go into gear but when I reach
38mph it starts revving and I have to either
stop or slow wayyy down to go again. Also
when it starts revving I can push the gas
pedal down and it’ll kick into gear but it’s
violent and kicks forward almost like if you
slip the clutch in a manual, and once I get it
to shift it’ll just do it again trying to go into
another gear. I’ve checked my fluids and idk
what’s wrong with it

Could be low fluid, check it. Could be worn or broken bands inside the transmission. That, you'll have to bring to a transmission shop. Unless you have replaced them before and know how.

Yeah I checked the fluid and it’s good but yeah I have somebody gonna look at it within the next couple of days
