Timing problems


Asked by Aug 18, 2017 at 06:11 PM about the 1995 Chevrolet Tahoe LT 4-Door RWD

I have a 1995 chevy tahoe 5.7 I've installed a brand new
engine and all the sensors and the distributor but it idles
kind of high and when I put it in gear it misses like it's
starving for gas I have to keep my foot on the gas to keep it
running other than that it would die

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
