Saturn Won't Start

Just this morning with no warning my 2000 Saturn wouldn't turn over, wouldn't
do anything. Tried jumping it and still nothing. Battery is very old but not even
lights are working or radio. Does this sound more electrical or just a bad
battery?

It's not the battery, replaced it with a new one. Lights and everything worked but didn't click or turn over. Then everything stopped working again. No lights, no juice. Any suggestions?
