Did you bleed the brakes (if you lost any brake fluid in the change process)? Also, check the rotors for signs of oil or grease that may have gotten on them and make sure your fluid reservoir is full. If you had the work done at a dealer or shop, have them diagnose and fix it if the "after a while" is no more than a month or so.

Did you do the work yourself? I did the brakes on my 2012 myself. It is not as simple as brakes used to be. All the little clips and retainers are tricky to figure out and must be put in the right way. If you did the work yourself, maybe you got something wrong. The rear brakes in particular are difficult. You have to screw the caliper piston back down into the calliper (counter clock wise--if i remember correctly), and it is quite difficult to do. Would help to know if your problem is only front or only back or both or only one wheel.
