Air Conditioner Issues

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My air conditioner is only blowing air
from the bottom vents. Plus it only
blows air from outside (cold if it’s cold
outside or hot if it’s hot outside). Any
ideas on what it can be ? Any
suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
