What would cause this car to bog down and die after driving it a bit when the weather isnt cold and the speedometer to go wacky

Could be PCM. This will need to be diagnosed by a competent mechanic. Fuel delivery and spark issues are also a possibility but the addition of the wacked-out speedometer makes me thing PCM/ECM issue.
