Car overheating

Car overheating  95 Camaro z28 onces I put
it in gear it jump from about 200 to 240 what
could be the problem? Some body please
help me its driving me crazy

I would like to no what could be the problem with my car I have a 95 Camaro z28when I leave it running the temperature hand stays at half about 200 but when I put the car in gear the hand move to 240 and then back down to like 200 what could it be I replace thermostat and new water pump


Did you purge the cooling system after refilling with coolant from the air pockets? Here is how to do that...

Change the bottom radiator hose to a silicone hose
