Where is the blower location on a 1996 Cavalier Convertible 4.0 Automatic, the blower only works on high?

Blower is only working on high speed.  Do I need to replace the blower and where is it located?

the resistor pack needs to be replaced...blower is under the passenger side dash...the blower resistors are there too~
