blinkers on my 1992 buick roadmaster

so my blinkers - both left and right
sides- barely blink... to not blink at all....
a lot of the time i dont even hear the
ticking - so i have to manually click my
blinkers on and off on and off... which
ever way im turning.  please someone
help? thanks
