Blazer wont start until late afternoon why

The blazer is parked in the sun  with the lift side faceing the sun it will not start
in the early morning and after sitting in the sun it will finally start around 1:00
pm in the afternoon.

first check battery charge and all cables and grounds..is there power to the starter or not when you turn to start??
