brake lights won't work

i have a 1990 buick regal none of the brake lights work. but when i turn on the light the taillights turn on
and when i use turn signal they work but when i use brakes they don't

Brake switch is ok fuses bulbs ok what can I do next i there is someone out that can help me. Fine the problem
