clacking noise sound coming out of front tire area have a 1995 buick regal

last year had rotar put in now in february this year wheel bearing replaced.
now the front right drivers side has a clacking sound again. the car is 1995
buick regal

take it back to the place that did the work....

i take it the pads and warning tab are ok??

Kelly is right,but all so check your tire for nail,if not that check the cv axel.
