dont think you can take it off,yes i belive it has a rev limiter.
It has to be done in the performance control module or ECU. It is a electronic governor and by having your PCM reprogrammed you can have this turned off. I don't know any other way. Top speed is 108 mph with this governor on.
How do u take off the speed limiter on a 1996 Buick gran sport? I also want to know if they have a rev limiter
