2007 Corolla miles between Oil Changes?

Hi, I have a 2007 Toyota Corolla running conventional oil and regular 87 octane
fuel getting 200-350 miles a week on about 75% highway driving and 25%
residental. What is a safe amount of mileage I can expect to drive between oil
changes?

That mostly depends on the engine oil's specification. I drive a 2019 Toyota Corolla with just under 100K miles now. Yes, it has almost 100K miles on it. I usually change my oil every 10K miles, and I do it myself with full synthetic oil that guarantees 10K miles protection.
