Vehicle won't start

1997 Chevy Tahoe. Just had fuel pump
replaced 2 weeks ago. Ran fine for a week,  
then wouldn't start,  even with starting fluid.  
Today, I replaced the fuel filter,  as I was told
that's what was needed. Vehicle won't start.  
Any ideas?

What sounds do u hear when turning the key? What symptoms did you hear//listen to before this happened?
