1997 k1500 won't start

I got a 1997 Chevy suburban k1500 four wheel
drive it was working just fine yesterday woke up
this morning and it's leaking clear fluid and when I
go to crank it over it sounds like it's frozen

where is the leak coming from? Is it some type of oil or coolant? Feel of it, is it oily? Check all your fluid levels. You may be able to use wrench or socket on end of crankshaft, see if you can turn it? If you can turn crankshaft, it isn't seized. You can remove sparkplugs and accessory belt, make it easier to turn, and incase of hydrostatic lock, fluid in the cylinders.
