Do both fan motors in the radiator operate at the same revolutions?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Back Story: My car overheated when the engine fan broke. I have replaced almost all cooling system in my
car and still overheats.
Parts replaced:
-Engine fan
-Engine motor that control the fan

Stills get overheated (not at the point I need to stop).
Replaced these others:
-Radiator with new cap
-Coolant reservoir
-Thermostat
-Coolant sensor
-Relays that control the fans
-New honda coolant

Still overheats...( does not consume coolant also)
My last guest i that probably the two motors that control the fans are the same since my mechanic told me
that he replaced the A/C one with the old one of the engine motor fan. The engine fan has a new one.

Could this be the reason my car still overheats? (It does not overheat at the point i need to stop).

Next step? Open engine?

I would have 2 working fans. You can just replace the motor on some models not the entire assembly. Good heat in cabin? Heater core plugged up? Thermostat installed correctly? Lastly I would pressure test the system to see if you have a leak. External or internal.

I have two working fans but are they rotating at the required speed? The blades in the two fans are different for different functions but if the motor that rotates them is not rotating at the required speed the air that is putting into the car maybe is not enough to keep it on cool temps. I want to discard this guess... in order to pressure test the system. Thanks for your answer!
