How to take care of Transmission?

What should I do to  Keep my GMC acadias’s
2007 transmission in good shape, I’m really
lost but I would like to learn. It has 120k miles
and i don’t think the transmission fluid has
ever been drained/flushed/ or filled. As of right
now I’m not noticing anything bad with the
transmission, but that’s something I’m trying
to avoid, what are my options?
