How do I remove moisture from lamp-lens?

Good luck. You could try leaving the bulbs out for a day or two and park the truck with the head lights in the sun. The only practical solution is new lens assemblies.

Drill a weep hole in the bottom of the assembly as a last ditch effort.

I have found that aftermarket lens assemblies are cheap and of high quality. No need for expensive OEM parts.
